Minors Softball

Minors softball is a beginner-level league where kids will get introduced to softball for the first time. The goal of minors is to create a love for the game, teach basic concepts and prepare them for higher levels of softball leagues. The games will be played on diamonds with 60-foot bases and have a 35-foot pitching distance. 

**This is a new division to Westwood Little League that has not been offered in previous years. If the demand is not sufficient to field a full team, we will connect you with a surrounding league if you'd like to combine with them or we will offer a full refund of the registration fee.

Ages: 8-10
Skill Level: Beginner/Intermediate
Home Field: All hosted games will be played at Fiesta Sports Complex
Interleague Play: Teams may play teams from surrounding leagues and may have games at Fiesta Sports Complex Field (Mesa American's field), or Quail Run and possibly other locations.
